Dear Piyush,

The article is in PDF only (it is from 1892); google translator cannot translate it like this. The character recognition is also a little buggy (I assume because of german quotation marks etc), so I cannot simply "copy and paste" it in any automatic translator.

I know the content of the article, but I wish to have it fully translated. If there are no proper translations, I think I will arrange one.
