The sheet resistance depends on the type of grapheme. If it's single layer CVD graphene then the sheet resistance is several hundred Ohm/cm^2. In case of reduced graphene oxide (GO), the resistance of graphene again depends on what type of reduction method such as (chemical or thermal methods) is used to get reduced GO and also the thickness of the graphene film. In general, reduced graphene has a resistance value in the range of several Kilo-Ohm/cm^2. For sonication-assisted graphene or other types of graphene preparation methods, the resistance values are also in Kilo-Ohm/cm^2 range.
thanks ...could you please provide me any reference papers from where i can take the sheet resistance. Actually I want to use this into my analytical calculation, that's a reason, I need a exact number.
Hii christain ... thanks for the correction .... i just noticed it... actually I am using graphene multilayers (2nm) as a front contact in my plasmonic based solar cell. So I need contact resistance value to put in my analytical calculation for Current–voltage characteristic in my electrical model .
for multilayers (6 layers) of graphens , I need the contact resistance value. Could you please help me in that .
Thanks christian .let me discuss with my supervisor for the suggestion which you gave us .... and try to put the higher values into the model and let me see what the answer will come. Thanks
For contact resistance do TLM studies which can give you both contact and sheet resistance or else go to vander paw structure get sheet resistance and from i- v slope extract total ON- Resistance back calculate the contact resistance
I feel go for TLM structure its easy and works very good.
