Does a flexizyme or sth. similar exist that can charge a tRNA with two different amino acids?

Is there any aaRS like construct that charges either...

...one tRNA with one out of two amino acids or

...two tRNAs with one amino acid each but not the same amino acid.

Further more there is the theory that tRNAs have been charged by pressure early in evolution. Is charging a tRNA by pressure possible with different amino acids or is there just one fitting option?

What are cases where mischarging is not just a failure but makes some sense for the cell?
