Viruses can not be killed. If so does a person infected from CoViD-19 doesn't acts as a carrier after his cure?
That is if a person is infected with CoViD-19 and he is been cured by the medicine, does he has that virus in his body in deactivated form? Or the body kills the virus by phagocytosis by the WBC's?
I believe the situation is still at the very early stage to profer answers to the question. By the time further research is undertaken on the pandemic in the coming months/years, one would be able to know the real health risks, if any, of a recovered Covid-19 individual.

Based on presence of viral nucleic acid presence or absence decides whether a person cured from disease or not. if nucleic acid detection negative then their is no the virus present in circulatory system and their is no point of transmission.
some time virus may store in lymph node but its not still clear even though if it is present in i active form not in active form.

Many data show that a person cured of Covid-19 disease after a 2-week quarantine period from the day of recovery does not have SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus in the body at all, or does not have a specific amount of active Coronavirus that other people could infect. Therefore, a person cured after an additional period of quarantine by many research centers is now recognized as a person who is no longer a carrier and does not infect other people with Coronavirus.

Dear Colleagues! We in the process of managing patients with COVID-19 obtained the following data. The active phase of the disease is up to 14 days. A person actively releases viral particles into the air. Coughing, sneezing - can infect others. Further, when recovery occurs (there is no temperature, there are no symptoms typical of СOVID-19), the virus in a sick person passes into the intestines, this person is able to secrete the virus with feces for up to 30 days.
