DoE to evaluate different superplasticizer in a cementitious system

Hi everyone, I'm trying to understand which is the proper DoE to evaluate different superplasticizer. My aim is to improve the workability of my blended cement and reach the same value (or be closer) of cement. I'm using a Control Shear Rate test, and use the Static Yield point as Yield in my experimental design.

What's your suggestion?
