Hello everyone. I am interested in using the builtin vina docking tool in Chimera. However, i get stuck at the same point. Errno 13:Permission denied "dock.receptor.pdb". I have gone through several tutorials but get the same error. Not sure what am i doing wrong? also while preparing the files using Dock PreP tool, the last stage of saving the mol2 file says "abc.mol2 file not found" and creates one.
can anyone help explain the problem. I am using Windows 10 computer.

You might wish to subscribe to the user forum for Chimera -- it is a very active forum, and the questions often get answered by people from the Chimera development team.
Regarding "permission denied", this appears to be a problem with the permission settings on the folder containing the file you are trying to access. You can set permissions in Windows 10 by right-clicking on the folder, selecting the Security tab, and clicking Edit. From there you can check "full control" for the user.
Regarding "file not found", I think this arises when you have not specified a file extension, such as "mol2".
