Dear All,

We have the pleasure of inviting you to participate in the scientific conference “Aesthetics of Humanistic Management in the Era of Artificial Intelligence,” which will take place on 20 March 2025 (Thursday) at 11:30 AM (Warsaw time, CET, GMT+1).

The conference will present research exploring the aesthetic dimensions of the paradox between preserving humanistic values in contemporary social and organisational activities and the growing integration of artificial intelligence solutions.

This event is organised by the Institute of Management Research at Collegium Civitas as part of a project involving over thirty scholars from Algeria, Pakistan, Poland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. The project brings together experts in management, marketing, media, education, political science, sociology, psychology, philosophy, aesthetics, and art. The project results will be published in three monographs at Routledge, USA and Brill/Mentis, Germany.

The conference will be conducted in English and held in a hybrid format: in person at Collegium Civitas (floor 12, room 1222) and online via Microsoft Teams.

Scientific supervision of the project and the conference: Assoc. Prof. Michał Szostak.
