I want to orally administer a drug to mice, and according to the literature the drug needs to be dissolved in a vehicle containing 1% sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5% sodium lauryl sulfate, and 0.05% antifoam. All the papers using this inhibitor do however not mention what type of antifoam they use in their vehicle.

So, can you recommend an antifoaming agent for an oral vehicle for mice?

Thank you
