As we know once the paper is published in a journal, all the copyrights will be transferred directly to the journal (Publisher). Most journals stated clearly few cases are allowed for the author to do with his published papers such as: sending private copies to his colleagues by email, using the material in teaching propose or funding applications.
Do you think adding articles full text on academic or social websites (RG, Academia, FB, ...) is allowed and has no conflict with publisher copyrights

The open access policy allows the publisher himself to make the papers free on his website. This dose not mean it allows for any one publish it anywhere. It is different story.

Really, in case of open access publication it is allowed to share your papers and article but extremely un-allowed any sharing process.!!

At the bottom of the ResearchGate page of each paper published, a link is given to the information, provided by RoMEO, of the publisher's copyright policies and self-archiving. When we find one or both of the following descriptions there, we can generally post the allowed version of the full text of the paper without infringing the copyright (note that descriptions of "General Conditions" should also be satisfied):
∙ Author's Pre-print: (green tick) author can archive pre-print (ie pre-refereeing)
∙ Author's Post-print: (green tick) author can archive post-print (ie final draft post-refereeing)
I think there should be no problem as the mentioned social websites are standard and specialized in papers uploading. Any type of copyrights should exclude the mentioned social websites from its strict conditions as the journal name with volume and issue are mentioned in the paper. The aim of publishing a paper is to enable everyone see your work, the chance of more readers and more citations will be increased by uploading the paper in social websites, otherwise only few researchers will see your work (the one who is working at the same topic and searching for a paper).

Ok this could be done by adding article information including abstract and for sure there is no problem in this. Here iam asking about uploading the full text of the paper which is directly conflict with the soul right of the publisher.

Yes u r right many persons don't follow the roles in many areas not only in this case.
But this dose not means there are no roles or this is not excuse to ignore the ideal way.
The concept still concept even nobody follow.
