The Riemann hypothesis is a mathmatical statement whose outcome doesn't have anything to do with the assumptions of structural engineering. So whether it turns out to be true or false won't affect how buildings can be built.

Riemann's zeta function have links to most interesting integral special function as: Beta function, gamma function, binomial coefficients, digama function and Prime numbers. Finding exact formulation of Riemann's zeta function may solve integrals of others specials functions. This special functions massively used in physics, statistics and engineering problems.
