I have extended the UTAUT2 model and I have already developed my model hypotheses. I read about various methods/techniques used such as (Factor Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS), Structure Equation Model (SEM), Regression Analysis) and tools such as (SPSS, Smart-PLS, Mplus, R, PLS-graph, AMOS). But I am not sure which one to use.
Please I would like some advice about recommended techniques and tools. I am really looking to find out what you consider to be the most efficient method and your rationale as cost and time are limited factors.

This is a genuine confusion. My experience while working with SEM in this area suggests to not to worry much about the tools. It is the research objective that should worry the researcher. In the first place one may ask why extend UTAUT2 itself?

Agreed research method is dependent on your problem statement, research objective(s) and research question(s). However there is a distinct requirement between SmartPLS, PLS Graph etc (Variance-Based / PLS SEM) vs AMOS etc (Covariance-bassed SEM). Also observe many articles on "technology acceptance & use theories" use PLS SEM & some use Covariance-based SEM. Suggesting you to do some literature review on articles to find one that is closest to your research model & hypotheses and follow its research method & data analyses. Wishing you all the best.
