As per my knowledge there is no chemical compound (small molecule) available which can inhibit CD47. As there is no cavity in CD47 which can accommodate ligand, it will be difficult to design molecule.

There are commercial available functional antibodies for CD47 (B6H12) and can be used as antagonists. Other option can be , using 7N3 peptide derived from TSP1 can be also used as CD47 antagonist. These antagonists are dose and cell type dependent and has to evaluated according to your experiment settings.

Targeting CD47 with small molecule is challenging but interesting. Although there is yet no small molecule antagonist of CD47, people started to investigate peptides capable of disrupting CD47-SIRPα interactions
