Do you know any chemical compound which can effectively enhance/inhibit Protein Arg N-methyltransferase 5(PRMT5)?

I am trying to check whether inhibition/enhancing of PRMT5 expression have an effect on cell growth and looking for chemical compounds that act effectively in vivo.
