one of my customer had an original problem with his swimming pool since almost 2 years !
The swimming pool shown a strong contamination with bacteria, rotifers and helminth eggs.
Despite strong shifts in the equipment and strong cleaning, it seems impossible to find a solution.
Do you know a specialist in microbial contamination that could be help him ? I think it is a beautiful challenge !

this looks like a contamination issue from soil or untreated water, so potentially its not a problem with the pool itself. It may help if they looked at the water supply and the area around the pool to see if they can find a possible external contamination source there (is the water being used drinking quality and is there run off into the pool that could be transferring these organisms into the pool . if there is no luck there look at the filters and sand bed.

Thank you Dominic, the water of the pool is good, all the possible external contamination have been tested. The water use is drinking water and no problem have been detected in the water network. The swimming pool is covered.
is it possible these organisms have colonised the sand filter and are being washed into the pool from there?
They changed all the filtration system. 4 months without contamination and it came back
the contamination returning after 4 months suggests the contamination is an existing problem and is entering the pool constantly until it gets to a point where the filtration can no longer cope .
Two possibilities are , there is a mass in the water system that is releasing the organisms into the water system where they are building up in the filtration or the pool is not properly sealed possibly a broken tile, missing grout or the lining is not sound and this is allowing the contamination in from the ground around the pool
