I am about to buy an MBS 12 Stereomicroscope. Did anybodu used this kind of stereomicroscope? What is the impression. What is the difference with MBS 10. Can we attach a camera to these microscopes? What is the zoom range of MBS 12 and is it continuous or as in MBS 10?

It seems that model MBS 12 is a more simple equipment, model MBS 10 has also a transmited light stand, that allows yo to work in transmitted-light brigth field. About the zoom and other specifications, e.g. working distance of the objective, you can find them in the web page.
Finally, if you want to use a camera, you need a specific phototube. You can see it attached to the MBS 10 microscope in the web page image, with a camera connected. You have to ask to the seller, because, depending of the tube and the trade mark of the microscope, you can use the cameras of the same trade mark or even your own personal camera. I have a binocular microscope (Wild M8) with a phototube adapted for connect my own Nikon Coolpix, and it works very well.
