Really I have a decrease in AST and ALT activities in liver fibrosis induced by CCl4 in a study in which 3ml /kg CCl4 40% in olive oil twice a week for 5 weeks and I can not find a cause but I think that may I got a late fibrosis or cirrhosis in my model which decreases the production of these parameters

According to this article, the AST/ALT ratio can decrease when uremia sets in. Any idea if your research subjects began experiencing uremia when these readings were taken?
I think that hepatic cells firstly stops their work (decrease in liver enzymes) before dying and rupturing (highly increase in liver enzymes) and cirrhosis begin
My explaination is that in the CCL4 model the inflammation and fibrosis can be reversible. Therefore a decrease in AST/ALT maybe an indication of this?

Attached please find a paper about CCl4 -induced hepatotoxicity with the dose, duration and the solvent to induce an elevation in AST and ALT hepatic enzymes.
However, if , from the histopathological point of view, you reached fibrosis of hepatic tissue by CCl4, this will lead to death of cells with a reduction in both AST & ALT enzymes as you are now beyond the toxicity of hepatic cells, you reach the stage of fibrosis.
You have to consider that in the CCl4 model you do not induce a permanent liver damage as occurs in human liver cirrhosis but just a toxic necroinflammatory response followed by fibrosis that disappears during the following months. So the decrease of aminotransferase levels is espression of healing. Another possible explanation is an elevated liver damage with the reduction of parenchima, as occurs in acute liver failure. To interpret you findings it is important to know when you find the decrease: a late event suggests the first hypothesis, an early event the second one
