Do the theoretical and experimental results in protein folding give the same results?Simulating such a large system theoretically is a nightmare, but still few models have been made to study protein folding. I think that there could be many other factors, that researchers are not paying attention to while simulating.
For some small proteins they give correct results. But today, good luck rare.

On "Anton" supercomputer such calculations are carried out, among them dozens of successful. Take a look at their materials.
