Thus, did you have an experience with a journal when you submit your manuscript and found out that the reviewer has poor knowledge in the field you are assigning your work to, or even he has unprofessional English language and he is judging your English writing? Yes may be true some times... But many of the times chief editor will send theanusctipts to experts.

This is exactly what I mean!! There are some journals wasting authors time and should give more attention to the authors.
But your experience is really shocking!!
One of my experiences, submitting a work with a title of "Improving the crack resistivity" The reviewer replayed to that work your work did not eliminate the crack but you reduced it!!!
Sometimes you feel disappointed when you face reviewers who do not understand the aim of the work done on that subject "because they do not read the work carefully" they just limited to some points!

I do agree with your point a high class reviewer who is trying to add value to your work. Very good point
While the goal is to have someone with both experience and expertise in your area to review your work, this does not always happen in reality. Depending on a field, even small areas can have different orientations to study by different researchers, and your reviewer, although well-known in that area, may not take the same method or orientation as you do. However, professional reviewers would certainly take all of these into account and focus more on the logic and presentation of your ideas in your paper.

Very nice answer and at the point.
Sometimes the questions reviewers put forth show that they are not familiar with the issue. I think reviewers should not agree to review articles in which they do not have expertise.

We can never know, unfortunately! All we can do is trust their choice. I find it rather strange that an editor of a Q1 journal makes such an amateurish mistake. However, you could withdraw your manuscript and try another journal. I realize, of course, it would be a waste of precious time, but if you’re unconvinced of the choice of the journal, it is your only option.
Dear Jinan F. B. Al-Hajaj it is not only waste of time it is really disappointed when you work very hard and wait long time for a reviewer to review your work then he gives you irrational feed back. Reviewers should be same as your level if not more than yours to add value to your work and gives you positive feed back.

This happens sometimes, hence the need for a manuscript to be reviewed by a minimum of 2 reviewers. In addition, each comment, if addressed appropriately, would enhance the manuscript. Responses/rebuttal to comments are ALWAYS required when submitting the revised version. This would help the editor make a decision on the manuscript.
