Elsevier is a renowned publisher, neither an indexing service nor a full-text database. Scopus is an indexing database/service that belongs to Elsevier. ScienceDirect is a full-text database platform that belongs to Elsevier, and much of its contents consisted with the publications published by Elsevier. Scopus indexes some journals published by Elsevier. Scopus also indexes some journals that published by other publishers like Emerald, Wiley, T&F, and so on. Therefore, it is not necessary to appear an article in ScienceDirect database (saying 'in Elsevier' is wrong), just because of it has been indexed in Scopus. Please check the publisher of the journal in which your article is included. If the publisher is someone else, probably your article won't be included in ScienceDirect.
