Something is dramatically wrong. Has your system aggregated and agglomerated? Do you really mean 441 Da (= 0.441 kDa)? At a molecular mass of 441 Da, you would expect a size of < 1 nm and not 10 - 15 nm. See attached.

Based on the MW, it can easily pass through the 5 KD dialysis; however, according to the size of 15 nm, it cannot!

The ideas and sources you have provided are valuable and so, I could conclude that :

The 441 Da MW is of just a single molecule of the TaO phase of the nanoparticle.

In 15 nm sized nanoparticle, there should be hundreds of molecules. So, it should not be flow out of 5kDa membrane that has pore size < 5 nm.

Agreed. The statement 'Our nanoparticles has mol. wt. of 441 g/mol (441 Da) and size is approx 10 to 15 nm' does not make scientific sense.

Interesting question and think the colleagues have already clarified the concepts related to the nature of your nanoparticles. Regarding your question, I think that your compound should be able to pass the 5 kDa membrane relatively easy, unless there is important molecular co-aggregation that hampers this. It could be relatively easy for you to test if your non-conjugated compound passes through the membrane and to what extent it does so. This may allow you to assess the effectiveness of your nanoparticle entrapping method.
