I wonder if you can help me answer this question. I'm doing a mixed method research. I'm required to pilot the interviews before conducting the actual ones. The question is:
Do I have to do the whole process of data analysis after piloting the interview, just like surveys, or can I just pilot the questions of the interviews and that's it. Thank you

The point of pilot testing usually to assess the reliability and validity of your instrument, and especially any new items or scales that you are developing. So, you should do analyses related to those goals, i.e., coefficient alpha for reliability, convergent and divergent validity, etc.
If you are developing a new measure, then you should consider cognitive interviewing as well.
