I have established a primary culture of fibroblasts from a human skin biopsy, how long does it take to see the fibroblasts? today is the 17th day in cultivation and I still don't see any growth. Previously, I had performed another primary culture of fibroblasts, also from human dermis, and they began to grow from day 12.

By day 10-14 you should be able to see the fibroblasts. If you are using a 6-well plate, by day 30-35, fibroblasts should cover the entire well ready to be passaged in a bigger flask like T-75cm^2.
I would suggest you check your protocol again. Maybe you are missing something!

I did fibroblast growth from human and tendon and nerve tissue. By day 20, dish 100mm was fully covered. May be you can make small pieces of skin, and do not fully cover the pieces with medium. A thin layer of medium only, tissue pieces must be partially dipped in medium so that tissue does not float. The reason is that if the tissue piece is fully dipped, it may be floating and not touching the surface. Tissue must be touching the surface of the dish that allow to proliferate fibroblast on surface, good luck
Have you tried adding thrombin and ca+? That should accelerate mitosis.
