can someone explain it to me. I am not a biology person, but i want to use this concept into material science. Actually, i want to incorporate this concept into my material for the protein detection. And can someone explain the characterization tools for the detection of Configuration (size switching) variation of Aptamer(ssDNA) during this process.

And if possible pls suggest me some research paper in that  direction.
