Hi,
I would like to ask if anyone knows any tool for visualizing/modelling guanine structures (any RNA structures with Hoogsteen base pairing) based on sequences? I mean, if there is any possibility to create a at least illustrative model of a G4 structure based on (rather RNA, or DNA) sequence.

You can find a number of DNA and RNA quadruplex structures, both X-Ray and NMR, in the pdb (https://www.rcsb.org). Just search for "DNA quadruplex" or "RNA quadruplex". You can get a 3D visualization by clicking on the "3D View" button for each hit, or download the coordinates to view them in a local molecule viewer. To model structures, you can try the 3D-NuS server, http://iith.ac.in/3dnus/Quadruplex.html
