Which is the best lipid that can used for the study of the interaction of DNA nanostructures with SUV's? And also, what is the best ratio of SUV's to DNA nanostructures mix that one can try. Currently, for the SUV's preparation I have been using DPhPC in the concentration of 5mg/ml prepared in 150 mM KCl 10mM MgCl2, 10 mM MES, pH 6.0

I have been using various ratios of SUVs and DNA nanostructures for my study (say 1:1 and 1:9, etc) and none of them seems promising at the moment. Further, whether there is difference in the contrast between SUVs and DNA nanostructures that exist while I image the samples using TEM? So, far I could see the vesicles but not the DNA nanostructures. I would be glad if someone could share their views
