I need some help, I'm in the process of applying for a grant and my supervisor asked me to make a draft for the proposal.

I'm stuck with the budget. Could someone tell me approximately how much in $US does one DNA extraction kit (for nasal swabs) cost? And how many samples they process?

To collect nasal specimens and extract DNA then freeze for later use, what other major expenses could you think of? Thanks.
