During in vitro spermatogenesis of fresh and cryopreserved prepubertal testicular tissues, we observed the formation of DNA abnormality conformations (arrows) with the formation of vacuolisations or giant cytoplasms.
Did anyone ever notice this kind of phenomenon in testicular tissue? What could be the reason / origin of these alterations?
Could it be Abnormal Pro-Metaphase or Metaphase Stages (orange arrows)?
Could it be a Variation in Meiotic Pachytene with the formation of Chiasmata (red arrow)?
Thank you in advance
