Hello everyone, I am using the discovery studio for the visualization of the Protein-DNA interaction as the 2D plot but it shows some error the ligand fragment is not selected, how I fix this issue.
further is other software which can be used for the visualization or plot of interaction by uploading the pdb of complex structures extracted from the MD simulation trajectories

Discovery studio will only detect small molecules as ligand moiety not DNA or protein.
