I´m interested in development a method with the DHPLC technique. However, I´d like to know if it´s possible to use the DNASep column with a standard HPLC equipment (because I don´t have enough budget to get the WAVE4500 system).
"DHPLC" uses specially prepared samples run using ion chromatography (the mode) with polystyrene-divinylbenzene packed columns, specifically for the purpose. The HPLC hardware is unremarkable. So your existing HPLC system may or may not be up to the task as its suitability is dependent on the method used (just like most types of analysis).
