The trend analysis showing decrease in moth wise ( eg: average of January month from 2000 - 2015)temperature and increase in year wise temperature, ( average of January to December from 2000 - 2015) is it possible or its an error?

In the data sets of Indian stations mostly we are getting both negative trends. May be your data length is short

yes ， I think it's possible. The trend has high relation with the data the beginning and the end. Maybe the temperature in January 2015 is exceptional low.
