A reference is a single quote, fact, explanation, or other sentence from a book, article, or other published material used in a larger piece of writing.
A bibliography is a list of books that were used in providing the references in your work. The bibliography lists the important facts about these books typically author or editor, title, copyright date, publishing house, publishers location.
1.Bibliography is listing all the materials that have been consulted while writing an essay or a book. References, on the other hand, are those that have been referenced in your article or book.
2.Bibliography is not directly included in the text. References are those that are directly included in your actual text.
3.Both bibliography and references are arranged alphabetically. But a Reference list can also be arranged in Numeric style,
“References” are works that you have actually cited in your paper or thesis.
“Bibliography” is a list of works that you want the interested reader to read if she wants to learn more on topics of interest. These are works which are related to the your papaer or thesis but you have not cited anything from them directly.

Reference is the once you referred in preparing the work so you need list in the details of the publications to be listed in the references at the end of the work. One has to cite the same in the text wherever appropriate.
Bibliography is nothing but listing of all the works related to that topic whether it is referred or not referred in the work you are preparing.

References are all the topics similar to yours and you use it should be your references .And concerning bibliographic are all books ,conferences or articles you used in work are be cited as bibliographic so it like almost same things .
