Would the following be a subjective or objective assessment?
For example, we have ONE variable temperature, which is measured with the same thermometer inside the house and outside. With this wording it would undoubtedly be a paired sample.
But it could be independent samples if, even having the same thermometer, it must use different software inside than outside, having TWO variables that would be temp_in and temp_out.
