I analysed SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein delta Furin mutant in my bachelors thesis and need evidence (paper, research or something like that) to proof my suggestion. I think the double band at around maybe 250 kDa might be the unprocessed (upper band) and processed (lower band) spike. It would also be nice to know hoch many kDa both variants are supposed to have (full length spike). I also see a band at around 140 kDa wich I think is the S1 subunit.

It may be a cleaved product that is present in 140 kDa. You can run a gel with or without beta mercaptoethanol to rule out if there is any disulfide bond.
Indranil Biswas the one at 140 kDa is the S1 subunit I guess. My real "problem" regards the two upper bands (close to each other). unfortunately I cannot do some more experiments as my practical time is over now and I need to analyze my results
