I submitted a bit lengthy review paper (more than 22k words with 355 references) to a reputable journal, and within a month, I received minor revision request, along with comments from two reviewers and a few comments from the associate editor.

The editor gave me 12 days to submit the revised manuscript, but I completed the revisions in just 5 days and submitted it on May 4, 2024. It has now been almost three months, and the manuscript is still in the "under review" stage.

Is this timeline unusual since, after the initial revision, reviewers typically focus on the responses to their comments?
