i need few questions to be solved: 

1. I need to know about constitutive genes of bovine Cumulus cells although found 4 genes Viz. 18srRNA ,RPL19,PPIB,GAPDH.  want best of 2 from 4 genes. any suggestions.

2. if you could suggest tool for Real time PCR primer designing . according to you best  free tool.
