The reverse primer is there but all papers publish primers as 5' to 3'. In your PCR product you should look for the reverse complementary sequence.

In your case (5-TGCCCCAGGGAACAAAGT-3) is located in the right side of the fragment as ACTTTGTTCCCTGGGGCA.

Sequence send to company should always be both (forward AND reverse)  5' to 3' (like published in the paper)

Exactly what Annemarie said, you always order oligos as 5' to 3'. And when you publish your data you also use the same approach!!!
