We are known the viruses infection was localized, but the little role of ready made Abs, the blood was rich with IgG.
Is it IgG fight against SARS-CoV-2 on the infected cells?
Or the IgA as mucosal immune response.
Or where the virus touch blood to develop IgM firstly and IgG secondly.
And lastly the duration of diseas.
All three antibodies provide protection against SARS-CoV-2. IgA provide localized protection and prevalent in nasal mucosa. The sequence of antibody production always starts from IgM and then IgG followed by other isotypes. But antibody response is not responsible for clearance of the virus from the infected cells where T and NK cells play major role.

The role of immunoglobulin therapy is the use of preformed antibody to attack and eliminate the virus and not the viral infected cells. Before the cells or more cells are infected there is stage of viremia whereby free viruses are present in blood. At this stage potent specific antibody directed against the virus may help.
