As current virus case shows, the future of biosciences will be different than that of the past. It is more than 2 centuries that we spend time in labs, performing reactions. As shape of the world changes and already many jobs lost, I think computational and visualization tools in biochemistry and molecular biology will be more useful in next years.

Hi, For molecular docking, you can use Autodock, PyRx, Glide, GOLD, etc. Also there are several web servers in this regard such as Haddock and ZDOCK. I think Autodock is a good choice.
Use Autodock for protein-ligand docking. For protein-protein docking you can use Haddock, Patchdock, Zdock or ClusPro.
