@Murugesan Arumugam thank you for your interest in clarifying my doubt. I am working on meningitis mediated learning and memory impairements. For my research, I would like to do IHC in prefrontal cortex and cerebral cortex.

Than you have use the equipment called "cryostat (find JPEG)" which is regularly use in Pathology departments. Try to find some pathologist near by your working area.

Identification of specific region in rat brain, is depends on your skill.
