Dead cell clumps of LN caps?

I have been working with LN cap cells for 2 months now.As I understood they are semi adherent cells and handling is very tricky.Somehow when I seeded my cells in 6 well plates I saw the clumps of dead cells in the next day.

And then I thawed new cells and they have the same issue.Please see the image.

can this be caused by mycoplasma?

I have seeded the cells in 6 well plates earlier and I didn’t have this issue.

I will appreciate your help!
