First of all, considering your project, I definitely hope it seeks to achieve the following SDG'S SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), SDG 15 (Life On Land), and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).

That said, I would entreat you to kindly consider the following points;

1. Conduct a comprehensive survey to understand the current needs of the villages in Kerala, such as access to basic services and infrastructure, levels of literacy, and sources of income.

2. Research existing initiatives and best practices related to village knowledge centres (VKCs) in other parts of India and around the world to understand the potential benefits of such centres.

3. Identify local stakeholders and partners who can be involved in the implementation of VKCs in Kerala.

4. Develop a detailed business plan for the implementation of VKCs in Kerala, including the estimated costs and potential sources of funding.

5. Develop a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan to assess the impact of VKCs in the long term.

6. Establish clear indicators and targets to measure the progress of VKCs in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

7. Design a communication strategy to ensure that the local communities are aware of the VKCs and their potential benefits.

8. Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned from the implementation of VKCs in Kerala with other parts of India and the world.
