Its impossible to give specific advice to your problem because there isn't nearly enough detail in your question. Maybe you could attach the input file...
I hope I'm not talking down but based on the errors you listed, I think its worth going over:
FEA allows you to determine approximate answers to partial differential equations defined over some domain. In order to do this, you need to define relevant material properties throughout the entire domain and apply those properties to their appropriate locations. (This is done in Abaqus by first defining a material and its properties, then defining a section and assigning the material to that section, then assigning the section to a part of the domain.) Additionally, you need to define boundary conditions over all boundaries (in Abaqus, some types of boundary conditions are applied by default, some need to be defined under "Boundary Conditions" and others need to be defined under "Loads").
if you failed to associate certain parts of the domain with a material or failed to define boundary conditions on certain boundaries, then its possible that you'd get the types of errors you are describing
David has explained most of the things but there is one more way to identify which part is missing properties or boundary conditions. When you check it out in the verification module, just go on the color codes and you will find which particular part is missing the material properties. Also check your assembly if some parts are having interference then also this type of error originates
