Day after immunization, Are experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE) mouse model total spleen cells decreased ?

I had experimental result in EAE induced mouse model :Spleen total cell decreased :Acute EAE Phase(clinical score about 3), Recovery Phase( clinical score about 2)

I sacrificed mouse(n=3) weekly (D7,D14,D21,28) but D21 and D28 total spleen cell was decreased than D7&14 total spleen cell

so I wonder It`s normal pattern in EAE model

please respond my question!!!! my savior :)

Yes, the number will decrease, because the immunotolerance is broken down. Actually there are a lot of paper on this issue.
