I have a data base, which includes many parameters and categories.Categories are vegetable and soil and pH, heavy metal concentrations as parameters.
I want to find a relation( if it exists) between vegetable and soil for the same parameter such as pH,heavy metals ...
Noticing that my data are not equal by the number, I mean by that : example : 6 data for soil and 3 for vegetable for each parameter.

I am going to use PCA to analyse my data but the problem that I encoutred is how to combine between 2 catagories of data such as vegetables and soil for the same parameter like concentration of Pb, knowing that each of the categories have its own values
example :
[Pb]soil= 3,001; 1.110; 0,393ppm
[Pb]vegetable=0,112p; 0.301;0,101pm
