I would like to create a scheme for interacting regulatory pathways present during development. However, showing this as a 2D scheme is not the most simple and clear way of visualizing the interactions. I think the scheme would gain greatly from being done in 3D, but I do not know of any software that would allow me to do it. Can anyone help?
