Could you share your opinion on VASP phosphorylation measurement (in platelets)?

We have measured VASP-P in platelets by flow cytometry for both basic research and to test the effects of P2Y12 antagonists and are now working to improve and simplify the assay. Would very much appreciate if you can share the issues and difficulties you have with the current VASP-P measurements (if you have any).
