I would suggest looking at some of the bodies that operate in these areas of social sciences and then cross reference them against scopus manually - there does not seem to be an easier way. Bodies such as Advance HE (formerly known as the Higher Education Academy (HEA)) might meet your needs, as may BERA, EERA, CARN, etc.. etc..
However, maybe a different thought - depending on why you need to find Scopus /WoS listed conferences, could you not look to present at a suitable conference (irrespective of its Scopus /WoS alignment) and then work up the conference paper you present into a full academic paper for a journal which falls within the scope of Scopus /WoS?
