Hi! Im experiencing problems with CamKII immunostaining for free floating mouse PFC and Hp slices. I ve tried different blocking agents ( NDS, NGS, BSA in different percentages), different mouse monoclonal primary antibodies (sc 5306, sc32288, sc13141, Abcam 22609, Invitrogen phospho CamKII MA1-047), secondary antibodies (AF 488 and AF647), doing antigenic retrieval, etc, with no success. I have positive controls that works with the same samples using other primary antibodies.

Does anyone has a CamKII primary antibody that works well in PFC or HP slices to recommend?
