Hi. I'd appreciate if someone could suggest a powder XRD (NPD, PDF as an option) data viewer which:

(1) Is free of charge

(2) Is easy to operate, i.e. can be run with a double-click, multiple patterns can be opened and superimposed, axes can be changed (2theta to d, Int to log Int, etc.), colours can be adjusted, K beta can be shown, etc.

(3) Ideally can work with xrdml files, but xy or raw will do it as well.

Fullfrof/Topas, 2DFLT, and plotters like Origin are great but need a bit more than a double click to open the file.

Ideally it would be Malvern data viewer, for which I don't have a licence for the benchtop of interest.

Thanks.
