If you have the money buy the MasterPure Yeast DNA purification kit from epicentre an illumina company (www.epicentre.com) Cat number MPY80200 (USA).  The DNA quality is high and easy to do.

Thank you very much for the reply. As my funding is limited I am looking for a cheap and fast method. I came across several methods published in papers. One of them was based on glass beads but the rersult was not very promising. I wonder if you or others have any good experience with cheap methods. Thank you very much.
